SBA PRACTICAL WORKSHOP
HONEY
Join us for a one-day SBA Workshop to be held on Saturday 12th September 2026 at Cawdor Community Centre, Cawdor, Nairn, IV12 5XR. The workshop will run from 10 am to 4 pm.
Subjects covered will include:
- What is honey?
- Extraction methods
- Dealing with OSR and heather honey
- Food hygiene and safety
- Labelling, Marketing, and Pricing
- Preparation of clear and soft-set honey for sale
- Showing honey
Participants will get hands-on experience of using a variety of methods of extracting and processing honey.
